Meadow
Explore 14 acres of meadows adorned with native Virginia wildflowers and grasses, creating a picturesque landscape. Planted in 2018 to rewild land previously grazed by cattle, the meadow boasts a variety of native grasses and wild flowers including several rare species. We actively control invasive plants, following best management practices from Virginia Working Landscapes and the Clifton Institute, to promote the best habitat for a diverse range of species. Nature trails wind through the property with each path offering a unique perspective of the landscape and a symphony of bird songs during every season.
